NV Mounties: No foul play in man's death
After an autopsy conducted Friday, North Vancouver Mounties say there is no foul play suspected in the death of a man found near a burning car on North Vancouver’s Rondoval Crescent last week.
According to Cpl. Richard De Jong, the victim has been identified and his family has been notified.
In a phone interview with The Outlook, De Jong thanked the community for its patience as officers carried out their investigation.
At 10:14 p.m. Wednesday, North Van RCMP were dispatched to the corner of Rondoval Crescent and Prospect Road for a vehicle fire.
After the blaze was extinguished by the fire department, a male body was found.
