Financial disclosures from the 2011 municipal elections are in. Here's how the victorious North Shore candidates for mayor an council stacked up:
City of North Vancouver financials:
Mayor Darrell Mussatto spent $51,686.43 on his campaign
First-term Coun. Linda Buchanan spent $14,692.76
Coun. Don Bell, in his first go-round in city politics, spent $13,179.51
Coun. Pam Bookham spent $7,297.26
Coun. Rod Clark spent $6,208.38
Coun. Guy Heywood spent $9,067
Coun. Craig Keating spent $15,438.24
Mussatto, Buchanan and Keating each received contributions from unions and developers.
District of North Vancouver financials:
Mayor Richard Walton spent $6,045.39
Coun. Roger Bassam spent $5,443.04
Coun. Robin Hicks spent 17,859 ($15,159 of his own money)
Coun. Mike Little spent $8,585.62
Coun. Doug MaKay-Dunn spent $5,204.62
Coun. Lisa Muri spent expenses $1442.80
Coun. Alan Nixon spent $24,767.55
District of West Vancouver financials:
Acclaimed Mayor Michael Smith spent nothing.
Coun. Mary-Ann Booth spent $15,230.65
